Jarah L. Heeter

Judge Jarah Heeter was elected in 2019 and began her second term as MDJ in 2026. She serves on her county’s Criminal Justice Advisory Board and Children’s Roundtable. She grew up in Knox, where her courtroom is located. Judge Heeter graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 2007 and returned to begin her law practice in Clarion County. She resides in her district with her husband and son.
