Special Court Judges Association of Pennsylvania reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to SCJAP.org and any other Special Court Judges Association of Pennsylvania websites and their features. Governing Law controls and operates SCJAP.org in the United States. We make no representation that materials at SCJAP.org are appropriate outside of the United States. Access to SCJAP.org from territories where such use is illegal is strictly prohibited. Those who choose to access SCJAP.org from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
