The Special Court Judges Association of Pennsylvania is divided into twelve (12) districts. Each District elects its own District President and District Director. The government and management of the SCJAP is vested in the Governing Board, which is comprised of the President, two (2) Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, twelve (12) District Presidents and twelve (12) District Directors.
