Hon. Rev. Adrian Boxley founded PIC (Partners in Christ), which is a Men’s bible fellowship.
After rigorous studies, he was ordained to the preaching ministry in May 2001. He founded SIR (Spirituality in Recovery), which is a biblically based drug and alcohol ministry.
Hon. Rev. Boxley was installed as Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church Columbia, PA., where he served faithfully for 16 years until September 2022. In May 2014, God called Rev. Boxley to expand his ministry to the Parkway area of York. As a direct result of constant and consistent prayer, Hon. Rev. Boxley founded Jabez Ministries September 3, 2016, as a non-denominational Christian Church and Community Center which offers two Power Hour Worship Services (each weekend); as well as a food pantry, Zumba classes, D&A Classes, baton classes, 1on1 & group physical fitness classes, after school tutoring/SAT Prep, bible study, and spirituality in recovery classes (teen groups).
Hon. Rev. Boxley is a full-time MDJ, family advocate and life-skills coach, community leader and family man. He enjoys talking/mentoring/leading youth, young adults, men and women into making better life decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and plans to pursue a Doctorate of Ministry in the future. He was employed by the County of York as a Probation Officer in the Juvenile Division for 16 years. On July 8, 2022, Hon. Rev. Boxley was appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania and approved by the Pennsylvania State Senate to be Magisterial District Judge in York County 19-1-04. He will serve his first 6-year elected term as MDJ January 2024.
Hon. Rev. Boxley is married to Novenia Boxley; they enjoy the blessings of four children and five grandchildren.
