B. Denise Commins

Judge Commins, a second-generation Magisterial District Judge, serves East Lampeter and Upper Leacock Townships, consisting of approximately 48 square miles. She served the Lancaster County Magisterial District Judges Association as secretary for ten years. Actively served District IX as District Director for 5 years and was actively involved with Special Court Judges Association of PA as a member of the Legislative Committee, Public Relations Committee, Ethics and Professionalism Committee and was elected to the position of Treasurer in 2016.
