Joel N. Toluba

Originally elected to office in 2013, Joel N. Toluba serves as Magisterial District Judge for District Court 19-1-05 which includes Wards 5-0, 9-1 and 9-2 of York City, Pennsylvania. Judge Toluba received his law degree from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2002 and completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University in 1999.
