John C. Capobianco

John C Capobianco has been the Magisterial District Judge at 03-2-08 since 2008. The district covers the Northampton County boroughs’ of Nazareth, Bath and Stockertown, and the townships’ of Lower Nazareth, Upper Nazareth, and East Allen. Judge Capobianco graduated from Kutztown University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to becoming a District Judge, he was employed by the County of Northampton as a deputy sheriff from 1991 until 2007, attaining the ranks of sergeant and lieutenant. Judge Capobianco has been married to his wife, Andrea, since 1993 and they have three children, John P., Caterina and Joe. He is also a Past Vice-President of the Northampton County Magisterial District Judges’ Association.
