Judge Paul Menditto has proudly served as a Magisterial District Judge since 2014, serving the citizens of Lehman, Delaware, and Porter Townships in Pike County. A resident of the District since 1990, his wife and he have raised three children here who have all attended Bushkill Elementary School, Lehman Intermediate School, and the East Stroudsburg Area High School North. All three children have gone on to college earning Bachelor’s Degrees and two of them also have Master’s Degrees. Judge Menditto also has two children from a previous marriage who have also graduated college. Over the years, Judge Menditto has served as a volunteer for many organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Little League Baseball, community association president, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis and Lions Clubs, the United Way, as a Planning Commissioner for Lehman Township, and more. Prior to being elected to his current position, Judge Menditto served ten years as a Lehman Township Supervisor. When not on the bench, Judge Menditto enjoys singing and playing guitar. He especially enjoys volunteering as a Mock Trial Judge for the Monroe County Bar Association. On the bench, Judge Menditto goes to great lengths to give every case participant the opportunity to present their case, especially pro se litigants. Judge Menditto respects the rule of law and applies it with fairness tempered with compassion.
