Tonya M. Osman
Served as a Judge since 2006. Attended Frostburg University as a Phychology Major. Formerly worked as the director of the county victim service organiation. In 2004 she received the Vicim Service Pathfinder Award for Individual Direct Services to Victims from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for her grass roots efforts to create services to crime victims in her community. In 2005 she received the Athena Award from the Bedford County Chamber of Cimmerce for her work in enpowering women through the opertation of a crime victim center and domestic violence shelter.
